Shipping Q & A

Do you really ship my entire order for just $4.49?

Yes. We ship your entire order, no matter how much you order, anywhere in the lower 48 states via UPS Ground for just $4.49. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Most orders leave our facility within 1 to 2 business days. During promotional periods and brief instances of high order volume shipping times may be increased as we work through the backlog. These instances are usually rare and we work tirelessly to get your order turned around in the quickest possible manner.

How long does an order take to get to me once UPS has it?

This will depend on the shipping service class selected. For UPS Next Day and 2nd Day service, your order will ship out the following business day and arrive to you in the time called for in the expedited service. Orders shipped out using our flat-rate UPS Ground Service usually ship in 1 to 2 business days and can take anywhere from 2 to 6 business days to get to you, depending on your locale. When your order has shipped you will receive an email with UPS Tracking information for your reference.

What shipping services are available?

We currently ship exclusively with UPS, offering UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS Ground. Our flat-rate, $4.49 shipping, utilizes UPS Ground Service.

Can I ship my order to Alaska or Hawaii for $4.49?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer the flat-rate, $4.49 shipping to our friends in Alaska and Hawaii. We ship exclusively via UPS and the fact of the matter is that it’s really expensive to ship to those locales. We do offer UPS Next Day and Second Day Air service to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional charge. We are working to bring a more cost effective shipping method to the table for our neighbors to the North and across the Pacific.

Do you ship outside of the US?

No. We currently ship within the United States.

What happens if my shipment is damaged?

While it is extremely rare for damage to occur, it does happen. We stand behind our products and guarantee that your product will arrive in good condition. If it does not, give us a call, toll-free at (888) 810-3212 or email webmaster@honeyvillegrain.com and we will take care of it.

Products Q & A

The product that I want to purchase says that it is out of stock. How can I order it? When will it be back in stock?

Occasionally, we’ll run out of a product. We do our best to get items back in stock quickly, but sometimes supply gets really tight and wait times increase. We are unable to take orders for an item when it is out of stock. If you’d like an update as to when a particular item is scheduled to be in stock, give us a call at (888) 810-3212.

Can I get a free sample?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer samples.

I love the Combo Packs that you offer. Can I substitute to make a custom combo pack?

Unfortunately, the Combo Packs are premade and are offered as is. Substitutions are not allowed.

Where do your products come from?

The vast majority of the products that we carry are US domestic product. There are a few exceptions with a number of products coming from Canada. Some of the fruits and vegetables that we offer come primarily from the US, but also come from South America and Europe to increase the seasonal availability on those types of items. We steer clear of product that comes from China and the Orient.

How do I get more nutrition or document specific information regarding Honeyville products?

We maintain a Quality Assurance Department that handles all of the documents and nutrition specific information for our products. We are working to get much of this information posted online, but it is a monumental task. For additional information please call (888) 810-3212 ext. 1059.

Do you carry any product that is GMO, or genetically modified?

The vast majority of our food is non-GMO. There are a couple of exceptions in the bulk milled corn (50# bags) and bulk soy products (50# bags) that are potentially GMO products. Everything else, including all of our #10 cans, is non-GMO product.

Do you carry any organic product?

We do not currently maintain an organic line of products.

I have an allergy to wheat/peanuts/soy/etc. How can I get a list of allergens for a specific product?

This is information that we are working to get posted for each item online, but it will take some time. For complete allergen information on any of our products call (888) 810-3212 ext. 1059.

Which grains are sproutable?

You can sprout: Hard Red Wheat, Hard White Wheat, Spring Wheat, Soft White Wheat, and Whole Grain Rye.

Order Processing Q & A

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover in addition to PayPal. If you’d prefer to mail in an order you can do so by printing out our mail order form, found in the lower left hand corner of the Online Store pages, and mail your order in with payment in the form of check, money order, or credit card.

I’m having trouble checking out with PayPal, what now?

The PayPal checkout process is a unique one, and something that we are working to improve. When you checkout with PayPal you’ll be directed to the PayPal site. Once you login to PayPal, you’ll confirm your info and will be sent back to the Honeyville site. At this point your order is not complete. You’ll need to confirm information on a couple more pages before you select the Place Your Order button on the bottom of the final page. You’ll know that your order has been completed when you get an Order Confirmation page and an email confirming your purchase.

How do I get coupon codes? How do I enter my coupon code?

We offer our customers the opportunity to sign up to receive promotions and discounts in addition to new product offerings and company news. To sign up, just enter your email address in the upper right hand side of our Online Store site. When you receive a coupon code for use on an order, simply checkout as usual. On the 2nd page of checkout you’ll find a coupon code field. Enter your code and click the Apply button. You’ll see that the discount is applied and you can proceed to the final checkout page.

Wholesale Q & A

Do you offer wholesale pricing? How does that work?

Wholesale pricing is completely volume dependent with the first price break at the pallet level. If you have an idea of the items that you are interested and approximate volumes you can email webmaster@honeyvillegrain.com.

Online Ordering

Our Online Shopping Cart is available for those customers that prefer to have their products delivered to their home or workplace via UPS. Our online shopping store, found here, can accommodate orders as small as one can and as large as several pallets. Customers ordering in pallet quantities are encouraged to call us, toll-free, at (888) 810-3212 ext.107, or email us at webmaster@honeyvillegrain.com for wholesale price breaks. In addition to finding information on our vast product lines, users can easily browse and purchase Honeyville products. Utilizing a flat-rate shipping cost, order tracking, and secure payment transactions, our shopping cart is a breeze to use. Payment Options

For orders placed online we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. You are also welcome to use your PayPal account for fast and easy checkout. In addition to the methods listed above, you can print out a Mail Order Form, fill it out, and send it in to the address on the form along with a check or money order. Your order will be processed and shipped just as our online orders are processed. Returns and Exchanges

If an item that you ordered arrives damaged please either refuse the package or give us a call immediately at (888) 810-3212. We are happy to process a claim with UPS and get replacement product shipped out to you immediately, and at no cost to you. If, upon receiving your order, you decide that you no longer want the items that you've ordered, you can ship the unopened product back to Honeyville, at your cost, for a refund on that item. Should any product not meet your expectations, please contact us for instructions on how to proceed. We want to ensure that you get what you pay for and will do everything in our power to make things right.

Shipping Policy

We understand that your time is valuable. That's why MOST orders are shipped within 1 business day, if the order is received, Monday through Friday, prior to 11:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time). If your order comes in after that time we will ship it out the next business day. Rarely, during periods of high sales volume, like a sales promotion, or new product release, ship times will increase.

*Honeyville Grain, Inc. reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time. Most basic orders are shipped via UPS Ground at a cost of $4.49 per complete order (not per item). You can add as many items as you'd like to your cart and still be charged just $4.49 for ground delivery anywhere in the contiguous United States. For our flat rate shipping all items in your order must be shipped to the same address. As we ship with UPS, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. The shipping address you provide must be a physical street address. Honeyville Grain no longer ships to APO and FPO addresses. We also will not ship your order overseas or to Canada. We can ship via UPS to Hawaii or Alaska, but additional freight will apply. Call for details.
